Carefully selected ingredients offer the perfect combination of soothing and relaxing qualities. A variety of healthful oils and butters have been selected to provide a soft and nourishing application**. Relax Body Butter and Relax Lotion spreads easily, is quickly absorbed, and has a vanishing scent.
Hemp-derived CBD Isolate: Topically, CBD influences receptors just beneath the skin to trigger blood circulation to the area effectively soothing discomfort. It’s also known for its relaxation properties which help reduce stress and tension.
Relax Blend of therapeutic essential oils: A proprietary blend of essential oils including lavender, mandarin, geranium, marjoram, frankincense, ylang-ylang, cedarwood, and vanilla which are known for their tranquil, relaxing, and calming properties. We deliberately formulated our topicals with the maximum suggested dilution of 5% for safe topical use to deliver not only a powerful application but also aroma. The tiny essential oil molecules will not only be absorbed by the skin but also inhaled which immediately reaches the brain and bloodstream through chemical messengers in the nasal cavity and go straight to work on your mind and body.
Magnesium Oil: It is known that stress causes adrenal glands to release hormones such as adrenaline, cortisol, and norepinephrine which depletes magnesium. When magnesium is deficient, the body experiences lower serotonin levels which contribute to mood disorders and physical manifestation of stress like stiff muscles and reduces the body’s ability to adapt to stress. Supplementing with topical magnesium, which is better absorbed than taking it orally, can help to restore depleted magnesium.

Due to the properties of the ingredients in Relax Body Butter, it liquefies in extreme heat in the absence of an additive or preservative. While it will reconstitute without losing its effectiveness, we will not ship Body Butter in the months of May – September. In those months, we offer a Relax Lotion as an alternative that is more stable in heat. The Relax blend of essential oils, CBD Isolate, and magnesium oil are identical in both products. The base and carrier oils are different. Please refer to the label images to see the full list of ingredients in each formulation.
**Relax Body Butter and Relax Lotion has a great smooth texture with some slip but may feel less “silky” than cosmetic body butter you may be used to. This is due to the magnesium oil and is perfectly fine. It quickly absorbs and leaves no residue.
